Many Organizations are now providing online learning course, some are paid some are free with certificate. So, You can learn from any where. With the collaboration of famous university of world like Harvard, MIT, Princeton etc. Here are my picks for the best online learning platforms

1. Coursera

One of the best online learning platform and my personal favorite site is coursera. Where you will find 2,700+ of course from most popular university like MIT, IBM, Princeton, University of New York etc. Instructors teach Coursera courses at some of the world’s top universities, take about 4-6 weeks to complete, and include video lectures, peer-reviewed assignments, and community discussion forums. Most of the courses are free but you can apply for financial aid and get approved within 15 days.

2. Edx

Access 2000 free online courses from 140 leading institutions worldwide from Edx. Edx is similar to Coursera in most cases. Some of its top partners include Harvard, Berkley, MIT, and IBM, many of which offer professional certificates and “micro” degrees. The twist about Edx is you can take most of the classes for free, BUT earning a verified certificate costs money. Edx never offer free certification but you can apply for financial aid but it's hard to get approval i think. In addition, most courses are self-paced, but still start on a certain date and run for a few weeks.

3. Udemy

Udemy is an online learning and teaching marketplace with over 100000 courses and 24 million students. Free courses from Udemy will help you to make the most of your time in a best way. Some course of udemy is free and some are paid. Most of the course are paid though with great content. But if you want to take free courses then you get the basic ideas of that course and you will get a certificate too.

4. Skillshare

Skillshare is a large learning platform with online classes taught by the world's best practitioners. Topics include anything from graphic design and music production to fine art and cooking. The majority of courses focus on interaction rather than lecturing, with the primary goal of learning by completing a project. A popular platform for artists and creatives. You can sign up for free and connect with other students.

5. Google Digital garage

The Digital Garage is a non-profit nationwide program from Google delivering free digital skills training via an online learning platform. This platform provides individuals with a tailored training plan to learn digital skills, completely for free. The most popular course of digital garage is " Fundamental of digital marketing" By now.

6. Future Learn

FutureLearn offers a diverse selection of courses from leading universities and cultural institutions from around the world. It's a Another general online learning platform, which provides several tiers of classes in all kinds of subjects, including business, art and media, computer science, healthcare, IT and history, humanities, and other personal skills. The company is jointly owned by The Open University and SEEK Ltd. You will find 1400+ FutureLearn Courses here.

7. Khan Academy

Khan Academy is an American non-profit educational organization created in 2008 by Salman Khan. The organization produces short lessons in the form of videos. Most of the videos you will find on Youtube. Learning on Khan Academy is always free. A personalized learning resource for all ages. Khan Academy offers practice exercises, instructional videos, and a personalized learning dashboard that empower learners to study at their own pace in and outside of the classroom. It covers math, science, computer programming, history, art history, economics, and more. You will get certificate after successfully completion of course.

8. Corporate Finance Institute

Are you a business student? Then this site is for you, where you find the most specialization course. Those courses are categorized in two category Prerequisite and required. You can take the prerequisite course for free but you have to pay for required courses. In both category you will get certificate. My personal recommendation is to take the courses from CFI.
